About

Becoming a well-rounded athlete is a gradual process that requires dedication, time, and consistent training. Our training program is designed to foster a love for athletic pursuits while sharpening technical skills. Participants will improve their speed, agility, and comprehensive athletic abilities through specialized drills and exercises, which provides an edge in competition. Engage with us to build your physical abilities, bolster your confidence, and build resilience, all of which contribute to enhanced performance on the field. Our speed and agility sessions focus on dynamic running, sprinting, navigating cones and obstacles, and intensive work to elevate athletic output. Each session introduces varied routines to address multiple facets of athletic development.

When & Where

Format & What to bring

  • Drop-in cost is $30 per session
  • Pay at field before training - cash or Venmo (Coyote Spring Season multi-session players are covered through Spring Registration)
  • Cleats are preferred (sneakers at minimum)
  • Lots of water

Jerod Fernandez

Coyotes are excited to partner with former professional NFL/CFL football player, Jerod Fernandez, and bring his extensive training experience and expertise to the field. With a background in high-stress situations and Division 1 Athletics, Jerod trained under one of the top strength & conditioning programs in the country at NCSU. Mentored by Dantonio (Thunder) Burnette, head strength & conditioning coach at North Carolina State, Jerod is committed to continuous personal and professional improvement of every athlete engaged in his training clinics.
